On April 17th a Honeoye Falls man was charged with driving while intoxicated, as well as aggravated driving while intoxicated following an investigation into a car accident on Lane Road and Sagamore Way in Victor.The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Jason Thomas Boike, 22, of Honoeye Falls was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Deputies found that the vehicle being operated by Boike ended up in the lawn of a nearby resident. Victor Fire Department and Victor/Farmington Ambulance also responded to the scene. Boike was released with uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
